Payments

Lessee accepts full responsibility for payments made using the Site. Lessee hereby acknowledges that while making said payment, Lessee is an authorized user of any and all payment methods used. Lessee agrees to pay all fees associated with processing payments. If payment is made by eCheck/ACH, Lessee understands that if such payment is returned from the bank for any reason, there may be additional returned item fee(s) and/or retroactive late fees charged, which will be added to the Lessee’s account after the initial payment fails. Lessee assumes all responsibility for such fees.

As a condition of the use of the Site, Lessee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Storage Management, Inc. and its respective employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, and suppliers from and against any liabilities, losses, investigations, inquiries, claims, suits, damages, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) (each, a "Claim") arising out of or otherwise relating to Claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by Lessee of these Terms & Conditions, or any User Content submitted by Lessee.

Refund Policy

Deposits are refundable if customer is in full compliance with the rental agreement, a 15-day notice has been given in writing, all rent due has been paid through the vacate notice, all items (including trash) have been removed from the site, and all locks and keys issued have been returned. Any prepaid rent will be returned to the customer after the 15-day notice in writing has been given and the unit has been turned over in satisfactory condition.
